Overview

The Intermediary Admin Console  (with Corretto) cannot be accessed after upgrading Java 8 to a build greater than 255 which is being reported as an invalid version and the following error is found in logs:

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid version number: Version number may be negative or greater than 255
        at com.ibm.icu.util.VersionInfo.getInstance(VersionInfo.java:197)
        at com.ibm.icu.impl.ICUDebug.getInstanceLenient(ICUDebug.java:65)
        at com.ibm.icu.impl.ICUDebug.<clinit>(ICUDebug.java:69)
        ... 44 more

Below error is shown while trying to access a page: 

Could not initialize class com.actional.locale.LocaleInfoUtil
An internal server error occurred and consequently Actional Intermediary cannot retrieve the web page.

The Server & Agent are also inaccessible in 10.x due to this reason.

Information

This issue was fixed in 12.0/2021R1 so it's recommended to upgrade to this or a later version.
