You would like to know whether exporting policies, configuration etc. from version 10.x (Actional 2015) and importing them to version 12.x (Aurea Monitor 2021) is supported.

Yes, exporting the policies, configurations etc. from Actional Management Server 10.x and importing it in Aurea Monitor Management Server 12.x should work.

Please also read the Information to consider while upgrading to Monitor 11.x/12.x because from version 11.x a major architectural update has been implemented.

Internal Notes

• User can also do the in-place upgrade by copy-pasting the ActionalServer.xml file from 10.x to Monitor 12.x version to keep all the configurations intact.
• But the downside of this is  The default profiles will not be available after the upgrade.
